iToro vs Glorify
Reviewed August 27, 2026. Written by Lawrence Adjah, who builds iToro, so read this as an informed argument rather than a neutral review. Every claim about Glorify is sourced from Glorify's own public materials, linked at the bottom.
A note before the detail. We do not think of the other apps on this page as rivals. Everyone building here is trying to help people pray, and that is the same work. This page exists because someone deciding where to spend their attention deserves a straight account of what each one actually does, including the parts where the other app is the better answer.
Short answer
Glorify is a morning routine. iToro is a person on the other end. Glorify builds a daily devotional habit with Scripture, worship music and guided prayer. iToro exists for the moments when what you need is not content but company. Different jobs, and plenty of people do both.
The one-line difference
On iToro every prayer is a human voice, and it works both ways: live one-to-one audio with a real person, and recorded voice prayers you can replay. There is no text-only prayer to send or receive.
As of August 27, 2026, of the prayer apps we reviewed for this page — Hallow, Glorify, Pray.com, Echo Prayer, PrayerMate, Send A Prayer and Spoken Prayers — none combine live one-to-one audio prayer with asynchronous voice prayer, and none make voice the only modality. Send A Prayer and Spoken Prayers do let you record a prayer and send it to someone, so iToro is not the only app with voice prayers; neither offers live prayer with a person. The rest are guided content libraries or text prayer lists. If you find a counterexample, tell us and we will correct this page.
What each one actually is
Glorify is a daily devotional app. It combines devotional content, worship music, guided prayer, journaling and multiple Bible translations into a daily routine, with streaks and reminders to keep you consistent, plus community groups where members can share prayer requests and discuss Scripture.
iToro is built around a single exchange: someone prays for you, in their own voice, and you hear it. Live when a partner is available, recorded when not.
The comparison
| Glorify | iToro | |
|---|---|---|
| Core idea | Daily devotional routine | Person-to-person prayer |
| Live one-to-one prayer with a person | No | Yes, when a partner is available |
| Recorded voice prayer from a person, for you | No | Yes |
| Prayer requests shared in groups | Yes, in community groups | Yes, answered with voice |
| Worship music and devotional audio | Extensive | None |
| Bible translations and journaling | Yes | No |
| Free tier | Yes, limited | Yes, fully usable |
The distinction worth sitting with: Glorify's community groups let you post a prayer request and receive responses. iToro's answer to a request is always a human voice praying for you by name. That is a difference in kind, not in degree, and which one you want depends entirely on what you are carrying.

What this page does not claim
We have not compared devotional content quality, music catalogue, or Bible study depth, and Glorify would win all three, because iToro does not offer them. Glorify's exact subscription price is set per store and region and changes with promotions, so we do not quote a figure here rather than quote one that may be wrong by the time you read this.
Pricing
iToro is free to download and free to use, with an optional premium subscription. Glorify has a free tier and a paid Glorify+ subscription. We are deliberately not printing a Glorify+ price: the figures we found came from third-party reviews rather than Glorify's own listing, and store pricing varies by country and promotion. Check the App Store or Google Play listing for the current price where you are.
