Welcome to iToro. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the iToro website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using iToro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

iToro exists to facilitate voluntary, peer-to-peer prayer and spiritual connection. We provide tools that allow users to request prayer, offer prayer, and connect with others for live or scheduled prayer interactions.

iToro does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, crisis intervention, or professional mental health services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use iToro. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise community safety.

4. Community Standards & Conduct

iToro is built on trust, reverence, and mutual care.

You agree not to:

• Harass, manipulate, exploit, or coerce other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform for solicitation, financial requests, or commercial activity
• Share content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or exploitative
• Offer professional advice while representing yourself as a licensed professional

We reserve the right to moderate content, restrict access, or remove users at our discretion to protect the integrity of the community.

5. Live Interactions & Responsibility

Prayer interactions are user-to-user experiences. iToro does not monitor, record, or endorse the content of live prayer sessions unless explicitly stated.

You acknowledge that:

• You participate voluntarily
• Outcomes of prayer interactions vary
• iToro is not responsible for statements made by users

If you feel unsafe at any time, you should end the interaction immediately and report the user.

6. No Professional Services Disclaimer

iToro is not a substitute for:

• Medical care
• Mental health treatment
• Pastoral counseling
• Crisis or emergency services

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, harm to others, or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, software, and design elements of iToro are owned by or licensed to iToro.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iToro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of iToro is at your own risk.
